Clean Up Theatres Day 2020

We ran our first project in March 2020 to coincide with Australia’s Clean Up Australia Day. We focused on Blueys because they are a high use, non-recyclable and non-compostable theatre item that is often easily avoided, exchanged for a reusable alternative or replaced by a recycled item that would otherwise go to waste.

Our pilot project was run by seven trainees in seven hospitals across Australia.
